Rebecca Duben

As Operations Project Coordinator at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, Rebecca Duben brings more than 23 years of experience in public service, with a background in operations, project coordination, and executive support. Her work with agencies such as the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the North Dakota School Boards Association, and the North Dakota University System has equipped her with the skills to manage complex systems, support collaborative teams, and help guide the Library toward a successful opening and beyond.

Rebecca is a proud North Dakota native who recently made Dickinson her home. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University and is a devoted mother of two adult children—along with Otis, her loyal border terrier, and Beans, her curious cat. When she’s not working, you’ll find her outside, exploring trails, spending time with family, or planning her next adventure. Her deep curiosity and passion for learning reflect the spirit of Theodore Roosevelt and the Library’s mission to inspire future generations through discovery and leadership.
