Live in Billings County? You're already a neighbor.
The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library was built in and for the Badlands community — and this place would not stand without the people who surround and support it.
Through the Badlands Neighbor Access Program, eligible Billings County residents and their households receive complimentary Library admission from July 6 through December 31, 2026. No membership required. Pick up a Badlands Neighbor card at the TRPL Field Office in Medora, reserve a timed-entry ticket, and come as often as you like all season long.
