Group Reservations
The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library offers meaningful group experiences that connect guests to the life, leadership, and legacy of Theodore Roosevelt in the landscape that shaped him. Designed to support both reflection and exploration, the Library combines immersive exhibitions, thoughtful interpretation, and efficient planning resources for organized groups.
Groups are encouraged to allow approximately three hours to experience the museum, including immersive galleries exploring Roosevelt’s ranching life in the Badlands, his presidency, and his global conservation legacy. Timed entry supports efficient group flow and helps ensure a well-paced visit.
Group reservations are required for parties of 15 or more guests. A confirmed reservation provides a dedicated arrival time and streamlined check-in process. All group visits are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance through the Group Experience Office.
Group visits are generally self-guided, allowing guests to explore the exhibitions at their own pace. For larger parties, staggered entry times may be assigned, and groups may be divided into smaller subgroups to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
General admission is $26 per person. Groups of 15 or more guests qualify for a 10% group discount. With the discount applied and 5% North Dakota state sales tax included, the total admission cost is $24.57 per person.
Motorcoach drivers and tour guides receive complimentary admission.
Payment Terms
One invoice will be issued per group based on the estimated group size. Final group headcount and full payment are due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled visit date. The final invoice will be issued based on the confirmed headcount provided at that time.
If the final headcount increases, an updated invoice will be issued and the additional balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival. No reductions or refunds are issued for decreases in attendance after the 14-day deadline, except where required by law.
If final headcount and payment are not received at least 14 days prior to the visit, the reservation may be canceled and released.
