Narrated by Kelsey Grammer · November 12–25, 2026 · Tuesday–Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
America's wild places were not saved by chance. The forests, mountains, rivers and grasslands that define the country survive because people chose to protect them, and few did more to set that work in motion than Theodore Roosevelt.
America the Beautiful: Our Natural Wonders carries that story from sea to shining sea. Shot for the giant screen, the film travels across soaring mountain ranges, expansive plains, surprising deserts, flowing rivers and wetlands, and introduces the people whose vision and determination kept them wild for future generations.
There is no better place to see it than here. Roosevelt first came to the Badlands in 1883 as a young New Yorker, and his years here shaped the conservation work he later carried to the White House. The Library sits at the edge of the national park that bears his name.
