Looking for a gift for the person who already owns every kitchen gadget? Consider a butchery workshop. In this hands-on class, participants learn to break down locally raised beef and take home what they cut. Seats are sold as holiday gifts and the workshop takes place in January, giving the recipient something to look forward to after the holidays.

Tickets: $225, or $275 as a gift box. Gift tickets are on sale November 16 through December 23.
