Annalisa Robinson-Melton

Annalisa joined the TRPL team as the Director of Events and Protocol in December 2025. She is a transformational leader with over 28 years of experience in executive and project management, specializing in strategic growth and operational efficiency within complex organizations. She has held the position of Chief of Protocol at multiple prestigious organizations, including Naval Forces Europe/Africa in Naples, Italy; U.S. Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; and U.S. European Command in Germany.

Annalisa is a Certified Government Protocol Officer and has received training from the Protocol School of Washington and the JMAR Protocol Training Course. She has developed expertise in managing high-level visits and handling complex events, excelling in building strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and compliance with regulatory standards.

Annalisa has received multiple awards for her service, including the Department of the Air Force Civilian Meritorious Service Award.
