Courtland Miller

Courtland Miller is Director of Partnerships at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, where he has served since November 2019. He works with public, private, and nonprofit partners to advance the Library’s mission, build lasting relationships, and develop initiatives that connect the institution with communities across North Dakota and beyond. His work reflects a passion for collaboration, community building, and bringing ambitious ideas to life.

Before joining the Library, Courtland worked as a market research analyst at Kilbourne Group, supporting the revitalization of historic downtown Fargo. A native of Wahpeton, North Dakota, he graduated summa cum laude from North Dakota State University in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration.

Courtland lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, Macy, and their two children. He enjoys exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and bringing people together. He is particularly inspired by the opportunity for visitors to learn from—not just about—Theodore Roosevelt, carrying his lessons in leadership, citizenship, and conservation into their own lives and communities.
