Jenn Carroll

Jenn Carroll joined the TRPL team in June 2021 as a Project Manager with the Design + Construction Team. Shortly after onboarding, Jenn demonstrated an expanded interest in the project's sustainability goals and has worked diligently to emerge herself in this discipline leading to her promotion to Manager of Sustainability, As the daughter of a residential contractor and spouse of a retired military officer,        

Jenn has a diverse employment background grounded in construction, project, and emergency management which spans across the world. Most recently, she worked for Altru Health System in Grand Forks, North Dakota, for six years as a Project Coordinator (2 yrs.) and Emergency Preparedness Specialist (4 yrs.). Jenn obtained her B.A.S. in Business Administration from Mayville State University and M.S. in Project Management from the University of Mary. When not working, Jenn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, five adult children, their spouses, and ten grandchildren.
