Jessyca Macklin

Jessyca joined the TRPL team as the Development Administrator in December 2025. She has a strong background in administrative operations, CRM management, bookkeeping, and client support. She has worked with small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations in roles that required exceptional attention to detail, process improvement, and relationship-building. Her experience includes managing donor and customer databases, preparing financial and organizational documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting leadership in fast-moving environments. Born in North Dakota and raised in Minnesota, Jessyca has lived in Colorado for the past eight years. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring local trails and pet-friendly spots, rockhounding, and spending time with her two Chihuahuas, Precious and Nina, and her cat, Mama.
