Jolene Procive

Born and raised in South Africa, Jolene brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. She began her career working her way up through restaurants before moving into luxury hospitality. Earlier in her career, she worked in New York and Florida in various upscale country clubs and high-end hotels.

In recent years, she has worked primarily in Medora, where she is well loved by the local community. She now lives just outside of town with her husband and their three-year-old son, Luke. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. Summer is especially meaningful to her, as her parents travel from South Africa to visit and spend time with her and Luke.

With extensive industry knowledge and a true passion for hospitality, Jolene is excited to share her international experience with the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. She looks forward to helping create exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the library’s warm and welcoming environment.
