Nicole Turchin

Nicole joined Ed’s team as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison.

Nicole brings over a decade of experience supporting C-level leaders across healthcare, real estate development, and mission-driven organizations. She is widely recognized for her strategic thinking, operational precision, and leadership acumen.

She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from North Dakota State University. Nicole is also a certified Health & Well-Being Coach through Duke University, with additional expertise in emotional intelligence, strengths-based development, and strategic HR leadership!

Outside of work, Nicole is an active volunteer with Lasagna Love, delivering homemade meals to families in need. She lives on a lake in Minnesota with her husband, Terry, and their dog, Doc. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, global travel, running, gardening, and spending time outdoors—especially when surrounded by flowers.
