The Evening

Friday, December 4, 2026
6:00 PM hosted bar reception · 7:00 PM dinner
Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, Medora, North Dakota

Executive Chef Candace Stock of Salt + Scoria built the menu around the people who have always found a way to eat well through a Badlands winter, from Indigenous foodways to homesteading and ranching to the region's growers today. Every course highlights a regional producer, and the producers will be at the table to share how their food got there.
